All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Logging into your ApexClaimsAI account and canceling through the billing portal, or

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that time. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable, including:

Subscription fees
Usage-based fees
Partial billing periods

We do not provide refunds for unused time, unused credits, or early termination of a subscription.

4. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

5. Billing Disputes

6. Service Availability

ApexClaimsAI is provided “as is” and “as available.” Temporary service interruptions or system updates do not qualify for refunds.
